Prosper in Everything and Be in Health!

“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 1:2 NASB

Do you want to prosper in all things and be in good health? Then make sure you pay attention to your soul!

Your soul is who you really are on the inside – your personality, your ego, your psyche.

Your soul thinks, reasons, considers, remembers and wonders.

Your soul feels happiness, love, sorrow, anger, relief and compassion.

Your soul wills and decides.

How then, can we cause our soul to prosper?

“How blessed is the man

who does not walk in the advice of the wicked,

who does not stand on the path with sinners,

and who does not sit in a meeting with mockers.

“But his delight is in the teaching of the Lord,

and on his teaching he meditates day and night.

“He is like a tree planted beside streams of water,

which yields its fruit in season,

and its leaves do not wither.

Everything he does prospers.”

Psalm 1:1-3 EHV

Dear friend, don’t waste time with ungodly people, in person or online. Use that time instead to read the Bible, taking the time to find pleasure in God’s Word. Meditate on it, day and night.

You’ll be planted like a tree with strong roots, well-watered whatever happens. Your leaf will not wither and you’ll bear fruit at the right time.

And as your soul prospers, everything you do will prosper. You’ll prosper in all things and be in good health, just as your soul prospers!

Dear Father,

Thank you for giving us the key to prosper in every area of life. Thank you Lord for giving us the secret of good health!

Father we believe you. Help us to read your Word, for it is within our power to do it. Remind us when we forget, and help us to find the right translations that will open our souls to prosper from your teaching.

Lord, we declare that we shall prosper and be in good health, just as our souls prosper!

In Jesus’ Name we pray,

Amen!
