God’s Way To Have The Money You Need

God and Money

Do you hope to be rich and have less worries? Do you believe that having more money will take away some of your worries?

Can you believe that God wants you to have money, but you must get it his way?

People constantly invent new ways to get money. But, “In the blink of an eye wealth disappears, for it will sprout wings and fly away like an eagle.” Proverbs 23:5 NLT

If you think a lot about money, you are putting your trust in it. But, “Those who trust in their riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.” Proverbs 11:28 NIV

I guess if all your money flies away, you will surely fall!

That is why God teaches us, “Even if you gain more riches, don’t put your trust in them.” Psalm 62:10b NCV

As a child of God, ask yourself:
Where is the source of everything you need?

“All living things look to you for food, and you give it to them at the right time. You open your hand, and you satisfy all living things. Psalm 145:15-16 NCV

Are you not yet satisfied?

Then continue seeing God’s open hand, and wait for the right time!

Are you still worried?

Then command yourself to be restful!

“So then, forsake your worries! Why would you say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ For that is what the unbelievers chase after. Doesn’t your heavenly Father already know the things your bodies require?

“So above all, constantly seek God’s kingdom and his righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly.” Matthew 6:31-33 TPT

Beloved, God’s righteousness is a GIFT (as we’ve learnt these weeks), so CONSTANTLY SEEK to receive the righteousness that is given through Jesus!

God’s kingdom is “righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit” [Romans 4:17 NIV], so CONSTANTLY SEEK to live in the Spirit and let him guide you in everything.

And guess what?

Before you know it, God will have provided for ALL your needs.

Sometimes, LETTING GO AND LETTING GOD is the easiest thing to understand but the hardest things to do.

Dear friend, I speak this promise over you from God’s Word:

“My God will use his wonderful riches in Christ Jesus to give you everything you need.” Philippians 4:19 NCV
